feat: possibility to override ram:SpecifiedTradeSettlementPaymentMeans/ram:TypeCode

Factur-X 1.07.2 specifications indicate that the ram:TypeCode can be other code than 58. Espacially for ChorusPro which expect 30 for SEPA credit transfer
