a954b286d3 Fix LegalOrganisation schemeId 
The id and scheme id are reversed in the constructor of `LegalOrganisation` when creating the `SchemedId`.

8cb181a384 Fix validator dependencies 
Without these dependencies the `validator` project cannot be build. The build still fails due to a validation error in a test, though.
